When you use delegates in Outlook 2007, the delegates and the manager must all use Outlook 2007 to work correctly. MORE INFORMATIONIn earlier versions of Outlook, such as Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Outlook 2002, you can use different versions of Outlook when you use delegates. For example, the delegates can use Outlook 2002, and the manager can use Outlook 2003. However, we do not recommend this configuration. For delegates in Outlook 2007 to work correctly, the delegates and the manager must all use Outlook 2007. There is one exception to this. If either the manager or the delegate uses Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac version 11.3.0 or a later version, you can have a mixed manager-delegate topology.
