Symptoms

When you send a quotation as an attachment to an e-mail message, the signature in the body of the e-mail message is not displayed correctly. This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • You created an e-mail signature in Microsoft Outlook that has a hyperlink for an e-mail address.
  • You created a document-handling document that has a note for a quotation in Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0.
