SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • In the Antigen Administrator console, you click to select the Add Outbound Disclaimer check box in the Scan Job work panel under the SETTINGS option.
  • For a contact user who is mail-enabled, you enable the Use MAPI Rich Text option on the Exchange Advanced tab in Active Directory Users and Computers.
  • A user sends an e-mail in HTML format to the contact.
In this scenario, the HTML format of the e-mail message is incorrectly converted to plain text when the contact user opens this e-mail message if Antigen 9.0 for Exchange is installed.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

Restart requirement

The hotfix will automatically stop and restart services. If the services cannot be stopped or if files are in an open state, manually restart the computer to finish installing the hotfix.
