The "Send" button does not appear on the toolbar when you open a new message in Outlook 2003

When you open a new message in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, the Send button does not appear on the toolbar.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Exit Outlook 2003.
2. Delete the following file:
   C:\Documents and Settings\User_Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat
3. Start Outlook 2003.

Note Menus and toolbars in Outlook 2003 are restored to their default settings when you delete the Outlcmd.dat file. Menu items that use COM add-ins do not change.
