Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

The daylight saving time shift for time zones in Mexico is not correctly reflected in Outlook 2003. This hotfix updates Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) version 1.21 in Outlook 2003 to fix this issue.
Consider the following scenario. You create a rule in the Out of Office Assistant to move specific messages to a folder. This folder is then deleted. When the rule is run, Outlook 2003 may close unexpectedly (crash).

In this scenario, you do not receive an error message. The only indication of a problem with the rule is a red flag in the Status check box in the Out of Office Assistant rule list.
