Error message when you send an e-mail message from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Web client: "Insufficient Permissions"

When you send an e-mail message from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Web client, you receive the following error message: If the DevErrors parameter is enabled, the following message is also logged in the Web.config file: This problem occurs if you log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 as a user who has a security role. This security role does not have permissions to access the Queue entity.
