The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
When you page through the results of a view that contains a column that has the ntext type, you receive the following error message in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:
This problem occurs after you sort the view results by the column that has the ntext type.

You may have to perform additional steps if you have customizations that have an ntext field in the view. After you install the hotfix, you must remove the ntext field, publish the customization, and then add the ntext field to the view.
