SYMPTOMS

You cannot select Quotes in the Record Type list even though you have read permissions for quotes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. This problem occurs after you install and then configure the List Web part for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 for Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services.
