You cannot upload a picture from a hard disk to the Blogger server in Word 2007

When you open the Picture Provider menu in Microsoft Office Word 2007, Blogger is not listed as a provider. Therefore, you cannot upload a picture from a hard disk to the Blogger server.

This issue occurs because Blogger does not have full picture functionality in Word 2007.
