When you receive an e-mail message that contains a URL in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, the URL is not displayed as a hyperlink.
This behavior occurs if the following conditions are true:
- The message is in plain text format.
- The text "From:" appears at the start of a line in the body of the message. Additionally, this text is above the URL.
To work around this behavior, follow these steps:
- Open the message.
- Click Other Actions, and then click Edit Message.
- Replace "From:" with any other text.
- Click Save.
- Close the message.
