SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007 on a computer that is also running Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and then run Outlook, Outlook may stop responding. Additionally, you receive the following messages.
Message 1
Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007.
You may also receive Message 1 when Outlook performs a send and receive operation.
Message 2
The configuration changes made to Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007 will not take effect until your computer has been restarted. Would you like to restart now?
Note This issue may also occur after you install Microsoft Office Visio Standard 2007.

RESOLUTION
