This symptom occurs even though the files or the folders that you are searching for actually exist. Additionally, you receive the following message:An entry appears in the event log of the client computer that resembles the following: Event ID: 3019
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, enable the Search tape backup option when you search over WAN links. This option enables the successful search of files that exist on a slow medium like a tape backup or a WAN link. To enable the Search tape backup option, use one of the following methods. Method 1: "More advanced options" is availableIf More advanced options appears in the Search by any or all of the criteria below task pane, follow these steps:
