SYMPTOMS

When you add a member to a marketing list in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive one of the following error messages:
Please add a valid HRESULT for this error.
Server was unable to read request. There is an error in XML document. GUID should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes.
An error has occurred. For more information contact your system administrator.
You do not have sufficient privileges to open this Lookup dialog box.

RESOLUTION

This problem is fixed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 2. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
