SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You have a Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 project that was created in Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System version 2003. You convert this InfoPath 2003 project to a Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the Microsoft Office System. Then, you click Upgrade OM. In this scenario, InfoPath 2007 Help does not open when you click Help in the Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the Office System InfoPath 2007 project.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Start Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, and then open the InfoPath 2003 project.
In the Visual Studio Conversion Wizard, accept all the default options, and then complete the wizard.
To open the Manifest.xsf file in the designer, double-click the Manifest.xsf file.
On the Tools menu, click Form Options.
In the Category box, click Programming, and then click Upgrade OM.
In the Microsoft Office InfoPath dialog box, click Help.
