Note All editions of BizTalk Server 2006 and of later versions are supported on x64 operating systems. Only the Enterprise and Developer editions of BizTalk Server 2006 and of later versions are supported in native 64-bit execution. All editions of BizTalk Server 2004, of BizTalk Server 2002, and of BizTalk Server 2000 are supported on x64 operating systems but are not supported in native 64-bit execution.
