SYMPTOMS

When you install Adobe Acrobat 7.0, the Adobe PDFMaker Add-in is not installed in the following 2007 Microsoft Office programs:
  • Microsoft Office Excel 2007
  • Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007
  • Microsoft Office Publisher 2007
  • Microsoft Office Word 2007

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the Adobe PDFMaker Add-in performs a version check to verify that the version of Microsoft Office that is being used is Microsoft Office 2003. Therefore, the Adobe PDFMaker Add-in cannot be installed in 2007 Office programs.
