SYMPTOMSWhen you send an e-mail message from a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web 3.0 client to an external address, the e-mail attachments have incorrect content type declarations. For example, the content type of a .pdf attachment is "pdf/application" instead of "application/pdf."
And, the content type of a Microsoft Word attachment is "ms-word/application" instead of "application/ms-word." When this behavior occurs, you may experience one of the following symptoms:
