The FinalServerRetry method is not called on a class if the following conditions are true:
You implement a class that inherits from the IPlaybackControl interface.
You set the class as an exception class for one of your Queued Component (QC) classes.
After you apply a hotfix, you do not receive the correct registry entry when you query for that entry.
