Server 2006:
CAUSEThe lookup mechanism in a mapper is based primarily on the targetNamespace property of the schema. Therefore, different schemas are treated
as the same schema when several input-message schemas are in the same
namespace. This is true even though these schemas have different root
elements. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
