The player is recovering from a serious error and must erase all content. CAUSEThis issue can occur if the player is not operating correctly or if data is corrupted. THINGS TO TRYAfter the player erases all content, connect your Zune player to the computer by using the Zune Sync Cable to resync your content to the player. If the error continues to occur, try the following methods:
