A report does not open in Snapshot Viewer after you export the report to snapshot format in Access 2007

You export a report to snapshot format in Microsoft Office Access 2007, and select the Open the destination file after the export operation is complete option. When you do this, the report is successfully exported. However, the report does not automatically open in Snapshot Viewer.

This behavior occurs because Snapshot Viewer is not included with Access 2007 as it was in earlier versions of Microsoft Access.

To resolve this behavior, download and then install Snapshot Viewer.
