A posting on the Microsoft Exchange Team Blog Web site states that the Quota Message Service tool is not supported by Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS). This information is incorrect. The Quota Message Service tool is supported by CSS.

Note CSS was previously known as Product Support Services (PSS).
