The following number appears in the lower-right corner of this message: 101644 RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, upgrade the antivirus program that is installed on the computer to a program that supports the scanning of encrypted content. Microsoft Antivirus API supports the scanning of encrypted content. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, do not save the workbook as an Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook (*.xlxm) file or as an Excel Binary Workbook (*.xlsb) file. Instead, save the original workbook as an Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls) file. To do this, follow these steps:
