List of issues fixed

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

When you try to use the Organization Chart Wizard in Visio 2003 to create a chart from a small global address list, some names may not be imported. Therefore, some names may not appear on the organization drawing.
