Problem description

After you upgrade Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, Outlook 2007 crashes when you try to start it.

  2. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
  3. In the right pane, right-click the Security Zone registry entry, and then click Delete.
  4. Repeat step 3 for the following registry entries:
    • BodyEditor
    • WarnDelete
  5. Exit Registry Editor.
