This occurs when you are running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 in a clustered environment. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the ClusterResourceControl function makes several consecutive requests for buffer allocation when the virtual server resource is created. MORE INFORMATIONThe ClusterResourceControl function makes a request for buffer allocation when the virtual server resource is created. When a large buffer size is required, the ClusterResourceControl function makes several consecutive requests for buffer allocation. In this case, the UI appears to stop responding. Although the UI appears to stop responding, the process concludes successfully. Also, the Exchange virtual server resource is created. Therefore, no action is required to modify this behavior. Note More buffer capacity is typically required when you have multiple disk volumes.
