By default, the screen saver does not turn on in Media Center when you
use full-screen mode to watch any one of the following items:
| • | TV |
| • | A DVD |
| • | A video |
| • | A slide show |
| • | A visualization while you listen to music |
However, if you select the
On resume, display logon
screen check box or enable the
Require a password
(recommended) setting, the screen saver turns on when you use
full-screen mode to watch live TV or a DVD. These settings help secure the
computer when it is left idle.
