create a video DVD, the computer stops responding. Or, you receive an
error message that resembles the following: Low Disk Space CAUSEThis problem occurs if
the computer's hard disk has insufficient free space. The Create CD/DVD feature requires up to 6 gigabytes (GB) of free space to create temporary files. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, make sure that the hard disk has at least 6 GB of free
space before you use the Create CD/DVD feature to create
a DVD. To determine how much space is available on the hard disk drive, click Start Collapse this image ![]() To free more space, use the Disk Cleanup utility. Disk Cleanup lists all the temporary files, the Internet cache files, and the unnecessary program files that you can delete. You can direct Disk Cleanup to delete some or all these files.
