Office 2003 Service Pack 2 is not installed for the Finnish stand-alone version of Outlook 2003 or for the Ukrainian Standard Enterprise version of Office 2003

When you try to install Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) for the following two products, Office 2003 SP2 is not installed:

• The Finnish stand-alone version of Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
• The Ukrainian Standard Enterprise version of Office 2003

This problem occurs in the following situations:

• You try to use Microsoft Update or Office Update to update these two products. In this situation, Office 2003 SP2 is not offered as an update.
• You try to use the full-file update from the Microsoft Download Center to update these two products. In this situation, these two products are not updated.

To resolve this problem, install the updated version of Office 2003 SP 2 for the Finnish version of Outlook 2003 or for the Ukrainian Standard Enterprise version of Office 2003.
