Article ID:929756

SYMPTOMS

On a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, you use a backup application that calls the DoSnapshotSet method. However, the call may stop responding (hang) in the Exchange store because of an intermittent disk error. Then, when you try to use the backup application to call the AbortBackup method, the backup application stops responding.
