Xbox 360: You cannot use two or more Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheels on an Xbox 360 console

SYMPTOMS

You can use a single Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel on an Xbox 360 console. However, you cannot use a second wireless racing wheel on the Xbox 360 console.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because some Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheels prevent the Xbox 360 console from identifying multiple wireless racing wheels. We have identified the cause of this problem and have developed a product to resolve the issue. See the "What To Try" section.

THINGS TO TRY

1.Contact Xbox Customer Support. To obtain contact information for your country or region, visit the following Web site:

We will send you a small pack that fits in the battery slot on the wireless racing wheel. This small pack will automatically update the hardware and resolve the issue.
