The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002) CAUSEThis issue occurs because some older applications use files or components that were developed before Windows Vista. The names of these audio components may be different in Windows Vista. If the calling application uses hard-coded file names, the new files and components cannot be located. For example, Windows Media Encoder 9 tries to start Sndvol32.exe. In Windows Vista, this component is named Sndvol.exe. Therefore, Windows Media Encoder 9 cannot locate the file, and you receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
