The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
When you run the Neglected Cases report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the report displays an incorrect total number of cases. This problem occurs if you click Days Neglected in the Group By list in the Report Viewer: Neglected Cases dialog box.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.

Installation informationInstall this hotfix on computers that are running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server software. After you install this hotfix, delete the temporary files in Windows Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
