When you try to run a Web application that uses the window.external property in Windows Internet Explorer 7, you receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This problem occurs because of a problem that is related to reference counting in MSHTML.
