Article ID: 931657 - Last Review: March 16, 2009 - Revision: 3.0 The e-mail message header does not print when you try to print an e-mail message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook ExpressSYMPTOMSWhen you try to print an e-mail message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook Express, the message header information does not print. This problem only occurs when Windows Internet Explorer 7 is installed. Note This problem may also occur in earlier versions of Office Outlook. However, this problem does not occur in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. CAUSEThis problem occurs when the "Shrink to Fit" feature is enabled, and the size of the message is reduced in order to fit on the printed page. When this occurs, the message header is not printed. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, apply the latest cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To obtain the latest update, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
