When you do this, the Message Queuing service may not start for the first time. CAUSEThis issue may occur because of the delay for the Active Directory replication. The delay occurs if the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1Wait for the Active Directory replication.Method 2Manually perform an Active Directory replication before you start the Message Queuing service.MORE INFORMATIONYou can use the Replmon.exe tool to manually perform an Active Directory replication.
