WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, turn off the advanced text services feature. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Run, type control international, and then click OK.
- Click the Languages tab, and then click Details.
- Click the Advanced tab, click to select the Turn off advanced text services check box, and then click OK two times.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
This problem was corrected in Windows XP Service Pack 3.
