Server 2007 server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) over Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol (SMTP) port 587, the connection cannot be
completed. This problem occurs if one of the following conditions is true:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because Outlook Express and Windows Mail
use port 25 for SSL connections. By default, Exchange 2007 uses port 587 for
SSL connections. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, apply the hotfix to the operating
