This update contains a change to the Microsoft Windows Installer package (.msi file) that enables you to install and use the Time Zone Data Update Tool for Outlook on computers that are running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 1 (SP1). Note This update applies to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, Microsoft Office Outlook 2002, and Microsoft Outlook 2000 on computers that are running Windows XP with SP1. This update does not apply to Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 because the minimum operating system requirement for Outlook 2007 is Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
