When you use Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 to play a Windows Media Video (WMV) file in Windows Vista, a vertical line may appear in the middle of the playback window. The line appears as a band or as a bar. The band or the bar is discolored with blue or with green. You may also see other artifacts or corruption in the playback window. CAUSEThis problem may occur if the computer uses one of the following integrated video chipset solutions for video output:
