In Windows Vista, you try to delete a subfolder of a shared folder on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition (SE). However, you cannot remove the subfolder, and you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
Destination Folder Access Denied You need permission to perform this action <Folder_name> CAUSE
This problem occurs if the subfolder contains files or folders.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, first open the folder, and then delete the contents of the folder. Then you can delete the folder.
