Microsoft has released security bulletin MS07-040. The security bulletin contains all the relevant information about the security update. After you install security update 933854, if you have Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 installed, the "Add Link to Site" page may stop responding, and the link is not added when you try to add a new link to the Site Directory in a SharePoint Portal Server 2003 site. When you remove this security update, the site works correctly. If security update 933854 is installed, this issue occurs even when the computer is running Windows Server 2003 SP1. Prerequisites

To install this security update, the computer must be running a 32-bit version of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
