SUMMARYIn Microsoft Windows Mail, you can only use the UTF-8 encoding format to import an address book. For example, if you want to export the address book from Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0, and then import the exported address book to Windows Mail, you must use the UTF-8 encoding format to save the Comma Separated Values (CSV) file.
