SYMPTOMS

When you try to import a management pack by using the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 Operations console or the System Center Essentials console, the consoles stop responding. Additionally, you receive the following error message:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the following Microsoft .NET Framework hotfix:
