Some address fields do not appear in the lookup views after you customize the Account entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0Article ID: 934315 - View products that this article applies to. The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. On This PageSYMPTOMSYou customize the Account entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. If you add address fields to a lookup view, the address fields do not appear when you use the lookup feature. For example, this problem may occur with the following fields:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because the ISHIDDEN field is incorrectly set to 0 for some address fields. This behavior occurs when you add the address field to a lookup view to customize the Account entity. RESOLUTION
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.
