When you use Zune software with a Zune Pass subscription to stream an album, you may receive the following error message: Or, when you use Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 together with the digital music service URGE to stream an album, you may receive the following error message:

This issue occurs when you use a single subscriber account to try to stream to two computers at the same time.

To avoid this issue, stream to only one computer at a time.
