SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 together with the digital music service URGE to stream an album, you may receive the following error message:
URGE software encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when you use a single subscriber account to try to stream to two computers at the same time.

RESOLUTION

To avoid this issue, stream to only one computer at a time.
