Important If you have a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, you can only change your payment options for the life of your contract. If the payment option is removed, you are effectively canceling your contract and will be assessed an Early Termination Fee and any applicable taxes (http://www.xbox.com/support/contract-subscription/en-us/billing/early-termination-fee) . When your contract does end, your account will not be automatically renewed. Once a payment option is removed, it will not appear on your console or Xbox.com. However, for historical reference, the payment option appears with a Removed status on our Microsoft Billing website (billing.microsoft.com (https://billing.microsoft.com/) ). After a payment option is removed, it can only be used if you add it back to your account.
