Error message when you try to upgrade to Windows Vista: "Go to programs and uninstall WindowBlinds"

SYMPTOMS

When you try to upgrade to Windows Vista, you may receive the following error message during the installation:
Go to programs and uninstall WindowBlinds.
You may be prompted to cancel the installation.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if Stardock WindowBlinds is installed on the computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, search your computer for the Stardock folder, and then remove the Stardock folder from the computer.
