CAUSEThis behavior occurs when you copy Certutil.exe and the supporting binaries from the following operating systems to Windows XP:
RESOLUTIONThe only version of Certutil.exe that Windows XP supports is available in the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Administration Pack.
